When it comes to working with me, I want to find the best version of you through kindness & love. Everything I recommend is science-backed and I will share lots of studies with you, because education is such a big peace. However, your mindset through it all is the most important.

What is functional Nutrition?
Functional Nutrition is an approach to nutrition that focuses on understanding and addressing the underlying causes of health issues rather than just managing symptoms. I do a deep analysis on understanding your root cause, with personalized care & a holistic approach. Functional nutrition also works with Functional testing to remove the guess work.
What are some conditions you don’t work with?
While I do cover a wide range of conditions, some things I don’t work with for the time being:

Can I work with you even if I am vegan or on a certain diet?
Yes, I will do my best to support you on a diet you want to stick to. I will create meal plans & diet recommendations for your current diet. However, if I notice that it is detrimental for your health, or that reintroducing a certain food group would be beneficial, I will recommend it.
WHy should I work with you and not someone else?
My approach to functional nutrition is that it is Functional. “The best protocol is the protocol your client will follow”- Brett Hawes. I 100% agree. We will work together to make a protocol that doesn’t overwhelm you, and one that feels attainable. My number one priority is that you feel safe & in control of your own health. I will not tell you to do something you do not feel comfortable with.
Things I don’t agree with as a nutritionist:
Giving you 10+ supplements in a protocol. That is not sustainable, realistic, nor something you want to do. The most I will use at maximum is 6 and it is never a single nutrient. I will use broad-spectrum supplements that work together to give you the best results.
Only following a meal plan. Because what happens when we stop working together? You will either search for another meal plan to follow, or go back to how you were eating prior. So working together, I will give you a meal plan for inspiration, but also give you tools, recipes, tricks & education to know how to eat for your body. That way you can apply it even when you are on vacation, and also enjoy foods that are not “healthy” without the fear.
